- Hosting
- As with any website, my host (Infomaniak, Switzerland) records technical data such as IP addresses, for a limited time, for security purposes.
- When you write to me
- I use the information you send me (your name, email address and message) only to answer you and, if we work together, to accompany you. Information about your health is treated with strict confidentiality. Your data is never shared or sold. My email is hosted by Proton, in Switzerland, with encryption.
- How we communicate
- We work together by phone, Signal, WhatsApp or Proton Meet. Signal and WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted, but their servers are located outside Switzerland, and WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Proton Meet calls are end-to-end encrypted: Proton, a Swiss company, cannot access their content.
- Call recordings
- With your explicit agreement, I may record a call, so that nothing we say gets lost. I never record without asking first. Recordings are transcribed on my own computer and kept only as long as our work together requires.
- How long
- I keep your messages only as long as needed for our exchange or our work together.
- Your rights
- You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, simply by writing to me.
- Legal framework
- Swiss revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and the GDPR where applicable.
